ABPMP International acepta Nominaciones para la Junta Directiva: Período 2022-2023

Ha pasado un año más y es hora de elegir de nuevo nuevos puestos en el próximo Consejo de Administración de ABPMP. Nos gustaría solicitar a todos los miembros de ABPMP que estén interesados en una de las posiciones abiertas de BOD (Board of Directors) para el período 2022-2023. A continuación se enumeran los puestos vacantes actuales de BOD y las descripciones de los puestos. Los términos de servicio son un año para el presidente y dos años para todos los demás puestos.

OPEN POSITIONS

 

Following is a list of the current open BOD positions:    ·    President and Chair - Also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the President is responsible for providing leadership and direction, is the general representative to outside groups, and bears final accountability for the health and well-being of ABPMP.   ·    Vice President of Membership Services - The Vice President of Member Services is responsible for developing, providing, coordinating, and maintaining ABPMP member services.  ·    Vice President of Certification Services - The Vice President of Certification Services is the process owner for administration of the certification exam application, administration of the certification program and relationships with ABPMP Chapters, Affiliates, Corporate partners, and Academic institutions and organizations.

Qualifications

 

Candidates must be members in good standing with ABPMP and have CBPP Certification or obtain certification during their first year as International Board Members. Self-nominations are accepted.    The typical time commitment expected for Board members is generally 8 to 10 hours per month. Certain sub-committee activities may require more time. The ABPMP Board is a working Board focusing on both the strategic direction of the society and the tactical execution of projects and programs. The Board of Directors’ service is a real opportunity for personal and professional growth. It also allows the member to help develop and shape the future of the ABPMP society in whole. Board members will be expected to attend in person semiannual board meetings.    Please follow the link below to the Board Member Nomination Form no later than Monday, December 6, 2021 to nominate your candidates of choice.

BUSCANDO PARTICIPANTES: para proyecto de Doctorado "Organización Orientado a Procesos" de Andrew Barbeau

MENSAJE DEL DOCTORANDO

Estás invitado a participar en un doctorado. Proyecto de investigación de tesis que investiga sus experiencias de ejecución de tareas antes y después de la reorganización de su empresa desde una estructura organizativa funcional a una estructura organizativa horizontal (orientada a procesos).

A través de este proyecto de investigación, levantaré las voces de los participantes para beneficiar a la sociedad en general a través de nuevos conocimientos sobre la ejecución de tareas. Los participantes recibirán $ 30 USD por participar en este estudio.

Para cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación, busco colaboradores individuales (no gerentes / supervisores) con las siguientes calificaciones específicas:

• Debe haber trabajado en una organización que se sometió a una reorganización total o parcial de una estructura funcional (departamental) a una estructura horizontal (orientada a procesos) de 2017-2022.

• Debe haber trabajado bajo la estructura funcional durante un mínimo de 6 meses antes de la reorganización y bajo la estructura horizontal desde la reorganización.

• Debe haber trabajado directamente para respaldar uno de los productos o servicios principales de la empresa (por ejemplo, abastecimiento, diseño, creación, venta, entrega, soporte, etc.) en ambas estructuras.

• Debe haber tenido un rol similar como no gerente / supervisor (es decir, un contribuyente individual) en ambas estructuras.

• Debe poder leer y hablar inglés.

 

Una vez iniciado, se estima que la duración total de su participación será de entre 1 y 2 horas en total en el transcurso de 1-3 semanas. Se harán ajustes razonables para brindar a cada participante total privacidad, confidencialidad y protección contra la pandemia global según las pautas de los CDC.

 Su participación en este proyecto de investigación es completamente voluntaria y puede optar por dejar de participar en cualquier momento del estudio.
